Cancellation Policy

 Upto 15^th May 2025, 75% refund of registration fee.
 Upto 15^th June 2025, 50% refund of registration fee.
 Upto 15^th July 2025, 20% refund of registration fee.
 After 15^th July 2025, no refund will be given.
 All refunds will be paid after the completion of the conference.
 Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.
